Questions From Officials & Associations

Can each mat have a different official’s name and number?

Yes. Every mat in an order is printed individually, so each referee and linesman gets their own name, number and any other personalization you want. There’s no extra charge for varying them across the order.

Is there a minimum order?

The program requires a minimum of 12 mats. For most minor hockey associations that’s roughly one roster of hockey officials, so it lines up naturally with a season order or a banquet. If you’re an individual official looking for a single mat, get in touch — we’ll let you know when we’re running a group order you can join.

How long does it take?

7–14 days from the moment you approve the design proof. Planning for a season kickoff or year-end banquet? Give us three weeks and you’ll have room to spare.

What size are the mats?

Each mat measures 19″ x 15″ with ¼” non-slip rubber backing — big enough to stand on comfortably in full gear, small enough to roll up and stow in an officiating bag.

Will they hold up to skate blades?

They’re built with skate-resistant materials for daily contact with sharp blades — the same construction that goes into the mats we supply to NHL and CHL dressing rooms.

What artwork do you need from us?

A vector version of your association crest or league logo (.ai, .eps or .svg) plus your roster. If all you have is a low-resolution image, send it over anyway — our design team can usually rebuild it.
